Friday, January 9, 2009 Y 1:35 PM Cup Cake Ingredients 200g egg white 50g sugar 100g egg yolk 40g sugar 90g cake flour 55g oil/melted butter 55g water/milk Method: 1. Mix egg yolk with sugar till sugar completely dissolved, fold in flour till well combined, pour in water and oil, mix well. 2. Beat egg white and sugar till soft peak form. 3. Gently fold into egg yolk mixture. 4. Pour into cake cups mould, bake at 200°C for 15 min. Labels: Cake |
