Monday, January 19, 2009 Y 9:10 PM Sweet & Sour Vinegar Pig's Trotter Ingredients 1 bottle good-quality black glutinous rice vinegar 1/2 bottle water 200g ginger cut into pieces, smashed 150 – 200g brown sugar 1 pig’s trotter, cut into serving pieces(Blanch pig's trotter in hot boiling water and drain.) Method: 1) Pour water in claypot, place smashed ginger and brown sugar into pot, bring to a boil and then stew for 30 minutes 2) Toss in pig's trotter, stew till tender by using medium-low heat. 3)Add sugar to taste Labels: Pork |
