Monday, February 9, 2009 Y 4:41 AM Tea-cooked Eggs Ingredients A Eggs : 10 nos. Water : 1.5 litre Star anise : 2 nos. Liquorices : 4 pieces Dang gui : 5 g Dark soya sauce : 150 g Tea Leaves : 15g Method: 1) Boil eggs in a pot of water over medium heat till eggs are well cooked. 2) Lightly tap the eggshell with a spoon 3) Place the eggs into a pot, add in all others Ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for half an hour, turn off the heat.Serve. |
